What would happen to Yrliet after... [spoilers] ...should I?...
Edit: Holy inquisition, purge this thread by holy fire as it has become side-tracked and no longer relevant to what I wanted to discuss.

Objectively, Aeldar ARE superior to humans an all aspects except numbers, but i digress.

Inquisition cant order rogue traders around - you can boot inquisition from any of your planets or ships on a pure whim and all they could do is whine and cry. It is not uncommon for inquisitors to go "missing" when they try to push Rogue Trader, especially in far corners of the galaxy, and you are in a VERY far corner, on other side of a great warp rift.

As a dogmatic fanatic you can keep Yrliet just as a pet, easy as that. Different xeno "pets" and sometimes even harems of eldar and tau are expected for rogue traders. All is fair when in the end you benefit humanity.

...Comorragh? Should I kill her?

I'm asking because I'm planning to kill her after she gets me out of that place. I mean, I risked the wrath of the Ordo Xenos for this Aeldari wench and now a member of that very same order whom I had on my team and now has a personal grudge against the Xeno if he hasn't had one already, is personally VERY interested in making sure she dies. If I just look at it from a personal perspective, letting her live after this is a terrible idea for the sake of my continued LIVING.

Up until now, Hendrix and the Inquisition has tolerated my "Xenos Pet" and curiously, the big mean Inquisitor has made no mention of my harboring a Xeno, only that I harbor a heretic (Idira), which makes me believe Hendrix neglected to mention this to him because he knows what the consequences would be.

But now? I can't imagine Hendrix not pushing me to get Inquisitioned after he got dragged to the bowels of Comorragh. So there's that.

But beyond that, not only did I take a huge risk by giving her a chance and doing favors for her, but she repays me with betrayal!

All this time she's been arrogantly flexing on me and how superior her kind is, how smarter, how purer, yet not only is she treacherous and deceitful, but also stupid enough to trust the Drukhari. All my PC would learn from this situation (who is Dogmatic btw), that this whole time he's been making a terrible mistake by not adhering more strictly to the words of the God Emperor and suffering the Xeno to live. His error of faith has nearly condemned him to an eternity of suffering in a place worse than hell. His curiosity has backfired horribly. His mind was open when it shouldn't have been.

From a role-playing perspective there is no possible reason for not killing Yrliet, yet here's me the player on the other side of the screen and I kinda want to see what happens to her afterwards, but I just can't not kill her at this point. I mean, get me sent to Comorragh? You truly expect me to forgive that?

How big of a role would she play after this? Anything interesting happens? I don't normally kill PCs on my first playthrough, but she has given me a very long list of reasons why I should.

I killed her in act 3 and everyone else must be pretending she's still alive because they talk to her in dialogue text and party banter.

Oh that's just default Owlcat sorcery, half of all banters so far have been between long-distance astropathic communions from the looks of it, as I've only heard 1 companion speak.
The reason to keep her around is she's the elf waifu. Stop thinking with your brain.

If you want a waifu that tells you every 5 minutes how inferior you are, then sure. That's not my cup of tea, but I know some people are into that so fair enough I guess?

Ah yes, and these objectively superior creatures nearly wiped themselves out despite having future seeing cheats. And this objectively superior creature, with her superhuman intelligence and peerless morals, both trusted the Drukhari and also betrayed someone who helped her.

And given how even her bloody Farseer has made the same mistake, it seems she's not the only one. So don't give me this crap about how superior they are, they just had a massive headstart. The only superior being is The God Emperor of Mankind, forever praise be to his name.

Even your great big E stooped down so low, he tried to use eldar webway technology and failed spectacularly. And dont kid yourself with "headstart" - Tau were the latest to the party by 10k years and still more advanced than Imperium in everything, be it weapons, armor, ships, civil engineering or something else.

And mankind nearly destroyed itself twice. At least based on what we know of Wh40k history. And your point is?

You mean a man who willingly took power from the Chaos Gods? Who claimed he was responsible for the creation of the primarchs and space marines because he was so vain and didn't want to share any credits when it was another perpetual who did all the research? The one whom Ollanius Pious had tried to kill because of how tyrannical and evil he was?

GEOM might be stronger than eldar. But most of them are better people than this petty child. Seriously, read HH novels; he lied about a lot and stole credit from the achievements made by other people. Not to mention how many people he had doomed just because he never wanted to share even a shred of power.

They really are not. Just because tau can equip an army of several millions with the best gear, and Mankind does not do that for their armies of billions upon billions - does not mean that Tau are more advancent in anything. A common mistake.
Just read Farsights thoughts on the Damocles Gulf Crusade in his codex. Tau were nearly annihilated, they were only saved by timely Tyranids. And that was just a single Crusade Imperium had at the time. not even a particullary big one.
Imperium does not need fineese and quality in all of their troops, when you have crushing firepower and numbers.
Tau are moronic newb race who did not even glanced into the real abbys of the universe.
Well, I'm at the point when I meet her at the street of Commoragh and have an option to kill her right there, and I really can't find a reason not to do so, except gameplay one (losing a party member).

Funny thing about this. There's a prophecy among the humies that there shall rise a dark king whose birth fire would wipe out humanity. Emps is believed to be this dark king who will eventually do what slannesh did to the eldar. With the exception that the humans are far less prepared and able to survive the birth of the 5th chaos god.

It was a big complaint in the BETA, a lot of us raised that this storybeat wasn't done very well.

Owlcat fed back that we weren't getting the full picture, and it would be changed/better on full release.

But from the discord, this hasn't happened, it's the same old nonsense. And it is very hard, if not impossible to justify keeping her unless you're naive about things tbh.

The thing is, if you don't recruit her, there's a different traitor. As I understand it some of the beta feedback was to have this traitor be the 'default' because it just makes more sense and clicks better with the overall story. It would also, skip this sort of awkward phase with Yrliet where she or you end up holding the idiot ball by the end of it.

But yeah, that obviously wasn't taken onboard. (Head to the discord, if you want to meet a few beta-testers happy to whine about it. :) )

Big E could become some kind of a Chaos God of control and domination or something, considering how much crap overflows into the warp for his name. Sororitas already can manifest "miracles" which in essence is warp sorcery.

Shouldn't he be a god of contradictions? His entire life is one of 'we are men' and instead they're all 'he is god' which wound him up no end didn't it?
