If you pre-purchased from Owlcat, go to owlcat rogue trader website, sign in, click on profile and claim your key from there

This is why you buy from steam instead of some sketchy third party site. You get instant access to the game, otherwise you might have to wait around for your keys...anyways have fun waiting.

You do realize Owlcat is the developers? I had the keys before launch.

Not just for this game either. I remember when hogwarts legacy came out when people had trouble getting their keys from the developers too. It happens, so it is always best to get from steam, unless you know a reliable 100% store that is safe and delivers when they say they do.

Usually the developers used to be ok to get from, but nowadays, even that is becoming iffy at least for early keys. When the game gets older, it is usually 100% safe to buy from developers if cheaper than steam.
