Did you pass in the -extract-all parameter? Textures are large so they're skipped by default.

You're better off downloading the latest Bundle Modder and using the GUI from there. Make sure you tick

It didn't update, it only downloaded the update. The updating comes after.
Usually it updates in chunks, but the process varies, depending on the update, i guess.
Just wait it out, or get a faster

This game can be annoying to download and update, and it is not kind to people with slow internet or people who pay for a certain amount of bandwidth per month.
