Is there a way to skip the exp/money calculation?

There are mods that auto speed it up, or you can just hold the space button

You can just terminate the contract as soon as you finish the mission.

i can't remember if it was something from worlfhud or another mod, but there are mods where you can just press enter to move to card selection befor it finish calculating.

No, I've had people leave my lobbies before the Payday screen as levelling up from 0-42 takes over a minute with space held down as soon as you can. They should really add a skip or faster XP counter.
