Tossing bags on bots back

Played Framing Frame DS solo. On the second day I tried to toss bags on my bots backs to get them to carry three of them for me. It didn’t work. Why is that?

Did you try again with another run to see if it was a random glitch or something repeatable? I've had times where I assume my aim was frustratingly off when throwing bags but they usually stick fine. You were playing solo so the lag or desync can't be the issue. I've had bags just miss and slide off in the past due to that.

No I didn’t try another time but I tried it several times on all of them. The bags wouldn’t stuck. I’ll try it again next weekend.

Sure sounds weird. If you can get it to repeat on another run then it's well worth investigating the cause.

On second day, unless you've been ambushed the bots will be in "casing mode" which means they won't interact with the world and they will just stand there watching you.

Even though you didn't specify, since you're talking about Framing Frame day 2, I'm going to assume that the alarm didn't go off. Bots will only carry bags once the heist has gone loud, even on days like Framing Frame day 2 where they follow you around regardless.

Everytime i get to throw a bag on dallas's back he would move at the exact same time i go to throw it on his back. Then once i get it on his back i get by the van call him over and he goes where he wants to go and have to chase after him to get the bag off his back. The other bots do this also but dallas is the worst.

Ok, When day two starts I’m already masked up without me doing anything. In other stealth heists the usually just the bots stand still but here they follow me into the train car and to the van. That made me think that I could toss the bags on their backs but come to think of it they didn’t wear any masks. Thanks guys.

Grab the Better Bots mod, makes AI actually useful and help you with loot transport in stealth or loud.

It doesn’t work in stealth as said above.
