Running with bags?

So I was playing Payday 2, and I decided to respec my skills and make a fresh build. Previously, before I respeced, I could sprint with bags. Now I cant. Whats the deal here?

Some bags you can run with some do not, transporter makes you move them faster, and may be the reason you can run with some bags.

You can run with: coke, meth, jewelry, diamond. Other bags disable your ability to run with them on your back.

I added transporter, still nothing.

Different loot items have different weights. Light items like jewelry and coke allow you to sprint. Heavier items like cash and gold require you to walk at different speeds.

Anything as heavy as Money or 'heavier' cannot be sprinted with.
Transporter (and people using Basic Inspire on you) makes you faster with bags. Try moving in ICTV with a Fusion Engine with no Transporter.

You are able to sprint with juwelry/coke/meth/painting on your bag. If you carry gold/money/server/artifact you cannot sprint.

The diamond, meth, cocaine, and jewelry allows you to sprint while carrying them. Everything else does not.

I recommend picking up not only transporter, but also run and gun basic, and shinobi basic, especially if you are using a tanky build. I make sure I always include those in my ICTV builds, as they drastically increase walk speed.
