This is what I used. Before the Fugitive update, the tree barely changed.
Nice mix of loud and stealth skills :) !
True ! I find myself trying new builds pretty often, there are many ways of succeeding in both loud and stealth build-wise and as long as people do well with their builds you can't say that they are objectively better ones !
True. Compared to your masterforcer, which I use the most, I never remember to use Joker so I only have dominator aced for when people are in custody (I remember it then :-). I could use those points elsewhere. I like a sidearm with alot of ammo so I spam M1 with a Gruber and Gunslinger. You can view my builds by clicking on my steam profile, I have them all listed there :-)
Also I see you didn't spec basic berserker. That really, really helps net some extra cash in bank heists/firestarter.
Finally, you did not ace bulletproof which I think is pretty important (IF it reduces team's armor recharge DELAY).
I would take 4 points (well all 6) out of fugitive and use them for something else.
Nice going skipping silent drilling. I'm new to PC Payday and haven't even tried infamy yet!
Also, I always recommend going for only one type of deployable, and maximizing it. Maybe it's just me, but I find that acing two or more leads to a waste of points, since the points invested into the other deployables are useless if you bring one particular one. Obvious exception is the sentry gun and C4 combo, of course.
With the implementation of the five Skill Tree save function, I would think that making specific builds would be better.
Of course, everyone has his, her or its own playstyle.

I totally agree with your last comment ^^
And OP, the ICTV doesn't benefit from "thick skin" aced (in your first two builds), hidden blade aced could be a good filler to reach extra speed as you could be able to "stealth" a little bit.
Finally again in your first two builds, I personnaly like to have my team with aced meds/ammo/FAKs on DW. Maybe matter of preference.
Have fun

How about making a guide based on your builds / weapon setups / experiences aimed at newer players, with the thrust of "these are what you should be aiming for depending on what you want to do, and then I'll tell you why".
I have a problem too with the way Iron Man Aced makes me move :p Not having the weapon in "run position" when I sprint really feels akward too me. But I agree this is a pretty strong skill, however if I really need to shoot while I move, I shoot HE rounds so cops are stunned and the "slow" move speed isn't that much of an issue. And it's still 8 points better spend elsewhere since we have so many ways to deal with shields now with HE/Snipers.
About the deployables, good point about acing it yeah, I guess it's a matter of preference and playstyle. I mostly play pubs too but I prefer to focus on speed so for example having 6 C4 makes having aced ammobags less useful since I focus on finishing the missions fast, hence no real need of having big ammo bags. Moreover, the basic ammobags still have 3 charges versus 5 charges on aced ammobags, so for 8 points I don't feel it's a worthy upgrade.
And for the medbags, the aced versions are really better, they more justify the 8 points it takes to ace it, but again if you can finish the mission pretty fast, I don't see the need to have these big bags if people play smartly and only use it when they went down 3 times. And nowadays with the large group of fugitives players with first aid kits, having aced medbags seems to have less importance to me.
I could sacrifice the 6 points in fugitive tree for acing ammobags/medbags in my build number 1 & 2, but this speed boost really helps a lot to finish missions faster. And then you have the fact that when you launch some quick missions like a Mallcrashers or a Bank Heist, you really don't need aced bags, but a flat +10% movement speed bonus applying on all movements (normal walk, crouched, sprint) is always useful, at least for my playstyle :)
@Addicted : Yeah I know Thick Skin doesn't help with ICTV, but the real deal is the bonus stability from the basic version, and I can't spend more points in this tree so I need to ace the only tier 1 skill that is appealing to me. And I sometimes use the aced version benefits because I like to put a ballistic vest in missions like Firestarters Day 1, when speed is more important than armor. So with armorer perk deck, bulletproof skill and thick skin aced it makes a pretty solid ballistic vest :)
Sure ! I didn't guess it'll be that long of a post at first, and I wouldn't pretending to write a guide, but maybe yeah as the link to the builds are already made. However there are some pretty good guides online, especially one on Reddit with a total guide about all skills, I'll try to post a link as I used it a lot to optimize my builds.
