Yeah, you need to manage your skill points effectively. You can reset your skill points and spend them again though so don't worry about making a decision and regreting it.
Note: I think you get 3 or 2 skill points every time you pass a multiple of 10 (For example reaching level 60 grants 3 skill points instead of 1)
The idea is that you pick a role within a criminal crew and specialize in it.
If one person could do everything themselves then it would defeat the point of this being a co-op game.
sorry but it would be pretty boring if you could max out everything. i love to create a good build and play with it ^^
You mean 4-20. There are five skill trees.
To OP, the game allows you to have 5 different builds that you can switch out before any heist, so you can easily get any skill you want on different builds and switch them out depending on whether you want to stealth a heist or go loud.
