Big Oil notes locations ( DONE )

I found the clipboard which shows how many nozzles and the computer. But I searched everywhere and I cannot find the notepad which identify if the engine is Helium, Nitrogen, etc..
I want to do Doctor fantastic achievement for my friend.

I found Clipboard also by using this guide.
I meant the notepad which shows whether correct engine is Helium, Nitrogen or Deterium. I just dont know it's location and the wikia isnt very detailed.

In my experience a Notepad can spawn in the same locations as the Clipboards (of course not both in the same spot at the same time).
