Perk Deck EXP

I've stopped receiving any EXP for my PERK DECK. Is this normal or have i reached the max? It stopped at 13,700 and I've unlocked all the perks except Burglar

@Edit. Oh ya, i see it, bad math / tought process of my account, my bad.

I don't usually pay attention to perk decks as I max'd Rogue and then forgot about it .. lol

You won't gain any more XP over the amount that you need to max out every perk deck.

13,700 is the value I'd assume it takes to finish the Burglar perk deck.

He has maxed out all perk decks. He said he had one deck not full and 13.700 unspent.

Yep, all i have left is 13,700 unspent perk points and the Burglar deck untouched. Unless 13,700 is what it takes to max one deck i have no idea
