Mine are indeed very usefull, but since we got 6th sense and more preplanning, spycams do the job for me :p.
If you want to solo stealth The diamond, you need at least 6 body bags to be sure you wont have problem because moving civilians can be a pain expect if you are very patient to wait them somewhere safe. The camera loop is usefull only in diamond heist when you use thermal paste or if there is a camera in front of the door (and cameras are still on)
But you can solo stealth all in DW with your build without any problem for sure !

I found that the silent drill is too cost intensive for how often you can use it.

Spotter is useful in stealth unless you deliberately don't want it for a challenge.
I'm not sure if domination can fail in stealth, but I think there's a small chance for it - that's why I ace dominator.
For stealth I use Car-4 and Judge mostly, this Car-4 is modded for concealment but has crappy stability - I like to get some of it back with tech skills. Also zooming further helps sometimes to see things you need to see.
I used to ace lockpicking expert but I don't do it anymore. It's not worth 8 points IMO and DW safes are often titan anyway. Camera loop I use more often and base is only 4 points.
ECM rushing is not stealth in my opinion. I don't do it, so I don't ace ECM specialist. Silent Killer is only to open higher tiers, but more damage never hurts (those SR Murkies are tough when alerted).
I wouldn't take dead presidents, but if you like it - why not.
I don't kill civs, so I don't ace Windstone Wolfe.
Obviously, those were all my personal feelings. No such thing like perfect build exists :)
I think he wants 6 sensor trip mines which, in my opinion also, are great.
This one I call the Infiltrator: http://pd2skills.com/#/v3/mHjEBda:egDa:tbda:gNOlhijEFGBCDa:frolhIjEFGBCda:ibcdea:pc8m8A8r8h8o8:: It's my main stealth build, while my stealth buddy uses the first build below to support me. If anyone's curious no ECM Specialist Aced because a) I don't Jammer rush and b) I want to remove the camera watching my quarry and that skill Aced leads to disaster in that case.
Then there are 2 stealth support builds
One is focused around sensor mines http://pd2skills.com/#/v3/mHjEBda:eDa:toIJEFGbCda:gQNhijEFGBCDa:fieFGbCda:ibcdea:pc8m8A8r8h8o8:: which is great for any heist you don't need jammers for; Shadow Raid, The Diamond, Framing Frame, Election Day etc.
The other is focused around body bags... and I only use it for big oil day 1: http://pd2skills.com/#/v3/mHjEBda:egDa:tbda:gQNhIjEFGBCDa:froLhiEFGbCda:ibcdea:pc8m8A8r8h8o8::
None of these are perfect even to me so take them for whatever they're worth.
@joker i get Silent Drill to get up to Shaped Charges Tier 1 for the additional 3 mines. I love the mines in Framing Frame for example.
@Zdzieli Yeah i'm not sure about lockpicking anymore i might put 4 points into Camera Loop instead like you said. I pick up ECM specialist just in case i screw up and get 2 pagers at once not for rushing since that kinda defeats the point of stealthing in my opinion. I take Dead Presidents since i'm just about LVL 100 and i don't have all the weapons etc. yet. No idea if its worth it i might change that, too.
Thanks for the feedback guys im definitely going to take another look at my build ;)
For 2 ECMs owning the skill is enough. That's why I save next 8, use some 4 on silent killer and rest somewhere else.
Good luck with your stealthing.
True that.
this is my non infamy stealth build
same build but at infamy 5

Body Bag builds focus on maximizing favors. They will make sure to have Control Freak and Spotter to maximize their options. They might want to invest in Med-kits to have a solid loud option. With a high fugitive investment, the can go ahead and nab Low Blow and Sneaky Bastard.
Trip Mine builds view spotty spy-cam performance as a liability. If you want something done right, do it yourself. They also have C4 ready. Make sure you get Cleaner and Control Freak. Go ahead an get silent drill (at least basic) to tech up.
ECM builds are the classic. If you can wrangle 4 together you can trivialize 85% of the stealth-able missions. Regardless, smart ECM usage can patch the last moments of stealth and lighten the need for key cards. In exchange, you are sinking a lot of points in Ghost. This may make it less attractive to hit Silent Killer, Lock-picking, and Camera Loop. Make sure you get Cleaner, Control Freak, and Spotter.
Skills to consider:
> Hidden Blade Ace - The Shinobi effect makes this a requirement to even dream of stealthing
> Cleaner, Control Freak, and Spotter - Assets are good m'kay
> Camera Loop - Expensive, but saves you killing a guard on the Diamond and can open up bag shortcut on Frames
> Lockpicking - Faster picks are fun if you can spare the points
> Sixth Sense - Spidy sense can help with blind corners and casing pickup is nice for the banks.
> Chamelon - Does Ace synergize with the burgler deck?
Quod erat demonstrandum
P.S.: how can you see us in game if you are soloing?
You want a silent drill for Election Day 2 and Shadow Raid. Depends on map, of course.
I'm going for a universal solo stealth build which i can use in pretty much every stealth heist ;) Sure there are enough differences so that you can justify having multiple stealth builds but i'm building one for all at the moment ;)
P.S. Also i'm not just solo stealthing im just currently working on this build and asked for feedback ;)
