How to unlock mask form Miami DLC? (Richard, Tony, Brandon, Don Juan)

I've this dlc, but no idea how to unblock this masks. This is bug or i must do something more?

Get the Hotline Miami game in your steam library.

I believe those masks require you to own the Hotline Miami game rather than the Payday 2 DLC.

I know you're looking that as mostly the price for just getting the masks and briefcase, but it is a great game when you're in the mood for some of the old ultra violence.

but also its really often on sale
