A question about #FreeHoxton Live action

I just keep forgetting to ask, so there goes.
In the Teaser of the Hoxton Breakout, Dallas has the same voice than in the game, wich is weird to me because they choosed a different actor to play Dallas in the Web series and in the Dentist's trailer.
So, did Dallas's voice actor actually played Dallas in the teaser?

Dallas's voice in Hoxton breakout trailer has probably been recorded by his official voice actor

I don't think any of them were the usual actors, other than Hoxton, as you can see his face. I know it wasn't Chains' usual guy, because I watched him recording the dub over, and he commented on the "mini-Chains".

The voice actors all probably were dubbed in later.

They didn't get the voice actors to play as the characters in in the action trailler, but they did get them to do voice overs fo r it.
