White xmas challenge question

Im at 3 hours soemthing, and I should be close if not already at the game's end, however, I got a message from bain that a present had dropped, yet I don't see any outline, should I look for it? or does that signal the end?

I'm not sure about this, but I have noted that even during the early stages, after the endless wave has begun, presents that are dropped may not have outlines, or simply didn't drop at all.

"What's that I hear? A present fallen out of the tree?" may not be a present that fell out (a Bulldozer?)

weird no i did have outlines for all dropped presents until 3.08 (I started dropping presents at 8 minutes so it's ok)

presents without outlines are "starting" presents, you are supposed to have 40 of those, but dropped presents should have outlines.

At 3 hours in I started getting messages about new presents more often than before (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rng), but didnt get new outlines, I did a few laps aroudn the map and found no new dropped presents so I guess bain keeps talking despite the game is over already.

max drops is a lot more than that, about 219-221, but max loot bags (pay) is 120, average drops is 53-55, and you can get less if unlucky, getting 120 would be extremely difficult due to rng, its all the drops you can get in the map for 3 hours after the first present drops, with lower and lower chances of new bags as time passes. Check the long guide. I was just confused because bain kept talking,

that 81 was a lucky run, nice

technically its infinite unless a cloaker gets you and the bots decide to be... as usual
but the presents stop dropping at 3 hours something so bleh
