Oh, but the White House, that's too far?

many people call it a bag tossing simulator, which is somewhat true as well! ;)
MORE LOUD Ò_Ó
never ever
For example, they apparently worked so hard on Hoxton's Breakout and yet it got to be one of the most disappointing ones yet, just more mindless shooting and running errands. They could have easily had a stealth only day the lead to day one where you put on the C4 on the wall or something, but they didn't.
Shadowraid shouldn't end after getting caught, it should just be strongly suggested. Have the soldiers immediately grab all the bags and take them to a helicopter to be taking away from the player and have A LOT of soldiers spraying bullets at the players. Don't punish the players by saying they're not allowed to play anymore, really teach them the hard way by making them not want to play anymore, make them REALLY regret ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with the Murky Water guys and getting caught.
Then there is heists that needs more going on, particularly any stealth heist. The bank heists are boring as ♥♥♥♥ once you have everything under control, GO Bank did it right but the others ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ suck. Have police officers randomly check up on the payday crew using the same vehicle deployment animations if you have to and have the police casually walk into the bank to see what the ♥♥♥♥ is going on. Then kill them, they have no pagers, and you go on with your day until more police officers show up. It would also be cool if there was the chance of some gangsters showing up to also rob the bank or to pick up something, like drugs or money, from the corrupted bank manager and you gotta either cooperate like you are the bank manager or risk the heist going loud. When you talk to the gangsters, you then realize you need to know information, thus you better hope you didn't kill the bank manager or you're probably ♥♥♥♥♥♥ since you don't know what exactly they came for or what they're asking, thus you gotta guess which bag to give them, a bag of money or drugs.
Besides that, I'd like to see more heists get improvements, such as the exploit infested ones. It could be as simple as a stun grenade infecting the exploited area if ai path finding is too hard to fix.
For more heists I'd like to see:
More Murky Water Heists, particularly loud ones.
Rail Shooters! Imagine being in a police chase or something and you need to kill the police officers or suppress them in order to escape rather than just the generic "we crashed in this location, wait for another van to casually show up"
Then I'd like to see a lot more old school bank heists added of all sizes and variety, such as mall banks, groccery store banks, ATM raidings, etc.
In general, I'd like to see a lot bigger scaled heists with even six players. Force the players to split up and cooperate with one another, similar to how The big Bank *kinda* did, though it may have been unintentional beyond the whole computer thing. Really force players to give each other cover rather than the whole "I press a button and then you press a button" jazz.
I'd also like to see A LOT HARDER loud heist pop out. Something simple if it needs to be, I'd love feeling like I'm in the Alamo with a hopeless outcome. It seems like the only way to make this game hard is to push us out of a camp, which I think is the most fun in my opinion. Maybe implement an escape heist even where you have cars surrounding you, you have nowhere to go but to stay where you start and you try to survive until a helicopter picks you up for something. I don't know, old school survival like games. Again, implement Murky Water in a loud heist instead of the police so it feels like a ridiculous challenge.
I like Shadow Raid a lot - more like those would be fine by me.
I personally think the best way to do it is to have it so you can have two load outs. One loadout you start with and one loadout you gotta run to the van for. Then a special skill tree could give us a loadout bag where you deploy it and immediately equip it, similar to the armor bag but for weapons instead. The pros and cons of the weapon bag is that you can only equip weapons while the van can have both or something. The problem with relying on running to the van is you could easily run into trouble on the way.
Also, the oil-rig idea is brilliant. Oil-Rig heist plz OVK.
Oh yeah, this would be right up my alley, too. I got so disappointed that you weren't just riding in a truck in Hoxton Day 1 shootin' at dudes. Would've been a lot of fun.
