Not that it would be useful in the first place since they spray a lot so aiming down the sights wouldn't have much of a point unless you're going for accurate single shots, but then you could just take another weapon for that since there are better weapons than LMG's for accurate single shots.
And like the other guy said, slap a laser sight on it and you don't have to guess where the bullets are going to hit as much.
Like all akimbo weapons.
Please, spare us the "realistic" nonsense. They are like that for gameplay reasons.
