I sent the origional email on November 11th and got the response on January 7th. They are pretty busy, so dont be surprised if it takes them a couple of months to get to you.
EDIT: Yeah, flowers is right, I should clarify. When I say banned, I mean banned from the Payday 2 community group and forums. There are no in-game bans, unfortunately. Though when a cheater gets banned from the official group, they no longer have access to community items, and if they cheat those items into their inventory, they get auto-kicked when equiping them when not the host.... not that it matter, because they can host with the infinite money they cheat in, so basically there is no real punishment.
Something like puzzlefox said, a recorded video/demo/stream/channel would be sufficient grounds.
I sent a screenshot + their steam profiles, if that matters.
The guy spawned hundreds of sentries which would cause your framerate to stop in time, quite harmful to the PC. Glad Overkill Software cares enough to protect its community from scumbags that do that.
Read the post above yours. There is literally no action that Overkill can take against specific cheaters. All they can do is keep making improvements to the anticheat system itself.
