Bonnie is kinda underrated, imo.
I mean yeah, she's not "attractive young female heist boobs" that everyone wanted (for some reason), but I can't help but fall in love with her character. Examples:
Pager response: "I just wanted to hear your sweet voice control, nothing to worry about here."
AI taunt: "Stop staring at my nice ass and get shooting!"

She has way more character than Houston for instance, and she's kinda a badass in her own right. Thoughts?

I'm pretty fond of Bonnie, myself. She has a nice suit, some interesting voice lines, a pretty lively personality... just her pager lines make me cringe. God, that forced American accent...

Still, she's up in my top three favourites, along with Hoxton and Clover.

She looks like a mean, violent ♥♥♥♥♥ and that's precisely why I like her.

No, she looks like a 60 year old, heavily obese alcoholic who's smoked for the last 50 years. A 5 year old could kick her ass, however obnoxious and teen focused her lines are, and that's who the intended audience was for her unfunny grating "humor".

You're an enjoyable sounding person.

Also, I feel like people don't remember what "obese" means, people meaning you. Bonnie isn't obese, that's pretty clear. She's fat. There's a difference.

I'd like for Bonnie to have several of her lines that she shares with Clover be deleted or changed. I understand that technically they were Bonnie's lines first since she was recorded first, but Clover actually launched in the game first. It just feels weird to have the two female characters with arguably similar accents shouting the exact same lines every once in a while. Makes Bonnie feel less distinct as her own character because after listening to Clover for half a year, those lines belong to her, not Bonnie.

You sound like you have no idea what obese means yet like to lecture people, but glad you enjoy "heehee teh fat woman iz flirting" and stereotype humor.

There is a difference. Obese is a medical term for someone with a BMI from 30 to 35, which she clearly has, probably more. She's over 60 by both her profile description and appearance, she's constantly smoking and uses an alcohol bottle as a melee weapon. So what exactly was wrong about that? Nice try though.

Bonnie needs some more individuality, honestly. Bonnie's probably my favorite heister and has amazing lines, but so many of them are shared with Clover (and a few also with Hoxton) and as a result it just feels a bit bland. She needs some more lines and characterization. Characterization really helped shape Dragan for me. He's an otherwise uninteresting character but some of his lines are just too great to pass up every now and again.

She's also mighty intimidating toting a large gun, plenty of dynamite and the ICTV. She is a large woman, but that doesn't mean that she isn't capable. There are plenty of massive people who are very athletic; that's why there's the stereotype of fat outdoorsy-type people who like to fight bears in their downtime. And it's also likely Bonnie had been working out in prison and as such ain't that much of a pushover. In comparison, Wolf looks like some fragile, Swedish twig.

That said, I like all of Payday's heisters and they each bring something to the table. She's pretty much a free counterpart to Clover.

Profile says she's from Glasgow in the 1980s. That would put her in her mid thirties, maybe around 40 at most. Where you get the 60, I've no idea.

Actually, I know you're doing this because you absolutely despise the character, all she stands for, and all of us mindless Overkill fanboys who like anything tossed in front of us, Bonnie included, and you won't rest until we see the light and stop playing as Bonnie, and then all will be right in the world and the Middle East will have peace at last.

No accounting for taste, I guess.

Are you drunk?

And no, she was around in 1970s-1980s and she would have been doing much as a baby. She's at a minimum 50s.

I wish. Maybe then I'd be able to make sense of why you seem so intent on convincing everyone that Bonnie is a horrible character and should be shunned like a thing that is shunned a lot.

I mean, really. Some people like her, because her character appeals to them for whatever reason. You don't. That's fair enough. I don't get the people who like her pager lines, myself, but I don't see that as a reason to lash out at them.

Oh no, I'm just as quick to make a fat joke as the next guy, and I do NOT lecture people on fat issues, a la Tumblr, but really, that BMI thing is not the most accurate. It said I was malnourished or whatever because I'm a bit too tall for my thinness. It called a friend of mine obese because he's freaking jacked, but also short. Now how you gathered that I'm what you say I am, I don't know. You need to calm down over a character in a video game, because you're being just as bad as those SJWs who advocate for unrealistic characters to fill their needs.

Now, I know she's unhealthy. If you read, you'd see I said she's fat. For sure, no doubt and no argument, but heavily obese? Please.

Yeah, they should just get rid of Clover.

I "lashed out"? :p

I wasn't aware everyone was so soft minded and feeble that stating why they didn't like a character was being mean. Maybe i'd though people had more spine than that, though I don't remember many people crying when people said Wick/Houston/Clover/Dragan/Hoxton was terrible?

You are being quite a ♥♥♥♥. Over something that literally does not matter, LITERALLY because it's some code and 3D model in a video game with some audio lines.

Doesn't speak too highly of your memory, then.

I do recall that Wick stirred up quite a storm on the forums (on account of the cross-promotion and not being voiced by Keanu Reeves), and Clover got her share of hate as well (for not being as pretty as your average video game female character). And, par for the course as these forums go, a lot of insults were slung between both sides of the issue.

Don't try and take some moral high ground now, be a grown up. She's obese, there's no two ways about it, I also have a friend who's borderline "obese" and Bonnie is much much fatter than her. This isn't a "muscle weight" thing either, she has a large belly. But also note that I didn't say it was a bad thing, just as an older alcoholic smoker and obese makes her a bit, you know, completely unrealistic. I don't remember saying you were anything, nor how you got I called you anything, but anyway.

No one is "uncalm" here silly, you seem to be a bit pent up about something and the other guy is nuts, but no one is angry. The "you be as bad as SJW" nonsense is silly, this isn't 4chan, I barely even know (or care) who she is more than any other interwebs celebrity, so it's not much of an insult.
