From the .txt file located in the OST. The same rules apply to the B-Side one.

It doesn't mention anything about Synchronization rights. Say if I use this music in a trailer?
I *think*.
We need another Readme, that covers "trailers, teasers, short movies and websites"
You should be fine if you want to use the songs as background music for videos as long as they don't generate revenue/ are not monetized. Simon is pretty much OK with people using his music for fan videos and whatnot. I would suggest against using his music for a trailer of a movie made by yourself though (As in, you're the author of a trailer for a movie you directed) as his music is not royalty free at all.
@co-op: You have misunderstood the description of the B-sides album: It's not for you to use in trailers and teasers - it's a collection of the music that we have used in our trailers and teasers.
No one has any permission to use the B-sides music for any commercial project. If you use the music for a non-commercial project (fan movie, school project, etc.) then we just ask you to provide credits (name of the composer) in the product.
