Tips for the explosive arrows

I'm not a big fan of the explosive arrows, but I hear if used correctly they are quite good, so can anyone share some tips for using the explosive arrows?

To reload without ammo bags,proc Swan Song then shoot the ground.
You can then re-use those arrows as explosive :3.

Use it like you would a grenade launcher, on clusters of cops and shields and such.

It's best used with a fugitive build to take advantage of the high concealment for crits (for my favourite sport, bulldozer melting). With 30 concealment, the next high concealment weapon is the HE Judge with 29, which only has 10 ammo, does less damage and is very inaccurate.

For OVK and below aim at the ground to take advantage of the splash damage to kill trash. Aim for head to kill specials since it can score headshots(HE judge cant)
