Is Dragan or Clover Better as a DLC?

Im thinking on which DLC to buy , just asking for everyones opinion.

When it comes to 'character', it's worth hearing both to decide which you prefer. Clover can be a mixed opinion for some. She's a loud, aggressive Irish lass, which some can't abide, yet I love.

Clover all day long, sure she's a screamer when it goes loud, but that giggle is just so damned cute.

Kind of agree with Ashley, Dragan is very similar to dallas, he's softly spoken and calm. Clover is like a brutal irish version of wolf.

Dragan has less of a personality if you ask me. He's very sort of prim and proper a lot like dallas. His rifle is better if you ask me but yeh i prefer clover.

Its all personal preferance though, there is no wrong/right answer.

The guns themselves are... ok at best. I won't be trading them in since I love my Clarion.

Clover is better. Has the best (only) pure stealth perk line, similar gun.

I haven't seen much of Dragan, but I know that he has missing lines for domination. This makes it difficult to let people know not to kill that cop you just knocked down.
However, his perk deck seems pretty useful for close-combat. I happen to melee a lot, and I find myself nearby cops quite often. The damage reduction and melee damage boost come in handy when you like to run up and bash a guy's head in. Also the vampire skill can help if you were hurt in stealth like Shadow Raid (somehow), and you melee a guard.
I haven't used the weapon since I don't have the DLC, so I can't give my opinion.

Clover's perk deck is pretty good for stealth. Bagging bodies faster, answering pagers faster, and picking locks faster (which is useful on stealth and loud). Also it gives you a small dodge boost when you stand still and crouch, so it's not entirely useless for loud.
Cover's weapon is pretty good. Accurate and damaging, but ammo is limited.

Even if you don't have either of the DLCs, you can be randomly selected as that character if somebody is your preferred character. Buying the DLC just gives you the mask, the weapon, and lets you pick them as your preferred character (so if you solo often, you'd have to buy the DLC to be that character). I say play with somebody who has Dragan or Clover and stick by him to listen to his voice, see if you like them or not.

Clover, without question.

For me there's zero reason for me to buy the Dragan pack. Without a doubt the worst DLC in the mix.

Dragan is kick ass, Where dallas is a trying to hard to be cool and badass.. Dragan is just is.
