What does xXx mean?

So prefeace: I am a level II-92 techforcer with a few hundred hours, not some random new guy complaining because he made a mistake and got kicked for it.
Next: I just joined a deathwish mallcrasher and got asked by the host if I was "xXx". I had taken a bit long to load and he said "xXx or kick". I asked "what does that even mean?". Got kicked.
So what is xXx?

Every single one of the people I have seen with xXx(name)xXx or variations that I have looked up are cheaters and hackers. They will have 255/255 achievements in 40 hours or less, 725/120 skills etc....
