Lan play
does the game support lan only play?

2-4 accts in offline mode, playing the same scenario without the ability for others outside the lan to join?

or do i need to blcok port 9889, 27017, 60071 on router to do that?

No lan at all. If you're not connected to Steam, you can only play solo.
