Halloween pumpkin mask?
How do I obtain the pumpkin (not pumpkin king) mask for pump-action chiev?

Via card drops, but only for the duration of the Halloween Event.
The chance to get one of the Halloween Masks is quite high, so just play some heists and hope you'll get the mask.

I got all maks but pumpkin, also I don't see pumpkin anywhere in the event masks area

I'm pretty sure Pumpkin King counts as the Pumpkin mask.

The Pumpkin King mask is the mask the Pump-Action achievement refers to.
