I'd say the Dentist. Dallas himself is a total psycopath, having killed hundreds of people without breaking a sweat, and then the Dentist manages to grab him by the balls, without any fear of reprisals. Even without dangling Hoxton like a carrot the gang probably still could have been forced to work for him.

Although Hector beating the hell out of multiple people while dressed classy as ♥♥♥♥ was up there too.

Dallas is the Mastermind and leader of the crew. I think Simon Kerr brought him alive in the most badass way possible, however, in PAYDAY 2 he's rather silent (though all of his dialogue from PAYDAY: The Heist is in the game, unused).

The Cloaker. He's a complete douche, yes, but it takes a lot of skill and sheer balls to roundhouse kick someone to the ground in the middle of a firefight- especially if that someone is a member of a gang that kills hundreds of cops on a daily basis. And then he has the nerve to brag about it and insult the player directly about it.

In terms of canon? The comissioner, he takes on the entire Payday gang solo, no armor, just a bloody huge LMG, taunting you the entire way, no offense to any of the police specials.

In terms of the Payday gang, Dallas was captured way to easy by The Dentist so he is out, Hoxton (new) we have yet to see anything from, Wolf took down a Dozer using a drill, a flipping drill so is up there, Chains has taken on a Skulldozer one on one and fought his way out of a police ambush (with a little help from Wick), Hoxton (Old) takes on the police force in just a orange police suit after being arrested, Wick took on a bunch of people for killing his dog, his flipping dog!

Had to decide, I would go with Chains.

This, I played a few heists in PD:TH again after all this time and the Heat line said by him is just great.
I wish Overkill would add more ambient dialogue between the crew and situational lines like the bank one into PD2.
