How do I use akimbo?

I have the skill unlocked but there isn't anything remotely resembling an "akimbo tab" in the inventory, nor am I getting access to two weapons in game. Bug/♥♥♥♥ documentation/Wtf?

Go to your inventory, go to primary weapons, go to buy weapon, go to akimbo tab, buy akimbo pistols of your choice.

Ok, so the problem was bad documentation, as it should have said primary weapons akimbo tab, instead of just akimbpo tab, since the whole ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ point is to dual wield SECONDARY weapons, durr.
