You can see which heists are able to be stealthed when they have a ghost indicator under the mission name. It's also indicated under where it says "Day 1/2/3" in the preplanning.

If it has the ghost image next to it in crimenet, then yes. Otherwise, no.

Also, if you go to buy it, it will tell you if there is a potential stealth bonus

Each heist says 'Stealth is an option' if it can be stealthed, when you're on the Contract screen, the one where you can see everyone's loadout and whatnot.

Firestarter day 1 and mall crashers can also be stealthed, but...yah, not as much fun that way for these. xD

Almost any mission that doesnt start out with the alarm tripped (Except Big Oil Day 2 and Hotline Miami Day 2) can technically be stealthed. Although Firestarter Day 1 is near impossible.

I'd add you can stealth, with a bunch of luck, the train heist (coming along a transport mission).

I've stealthed Fire Starter Day 1, Mall Crasher, and Train.

Not really, some of them have the icon but Stealth isn't possible in them. Such as Election Day Day 2 (Bank with the voting place at the side)

So it is a bug, because they're supposed to mean stealthable
