PAYDAY 2

Does the Enforcer's Overkill skill stack with Berserker Ace?
I've been using the Ghost Enforcer build from the beginning to infamy 4, and I hardly change much skills because of how effective they were.

http://www.pd2skills.info/profile/ghostforcer-ecm-feedback/

Through the infamy bonus, Mastermind, Enforcer, and Ghost, I was able to save up 6 additional points, all the while keeping the main focus: Dominator, ECM Feedback, and Iron Man + Overkill.

But one day I realised, out of a few of the Death Wish loud missions me and my team got through, I have never taken into consideration about how my enforcer skills stacks, to an extent with the silent killer (should I decide to spent the 6 remaining points on it).

Lets take my modified Judge Gun for example:

Ammunition: Buckshot
Barrel Extention: King's Crown Compensator

With these damage mods and the Enforcer's Shotgun Impact Ace, I was able to net a total damage of 161. Now this is where it gets complicated since I was not able to find any post reguarding the stacks.

Does the Berserker Ace stack with the Overkill basic? If it does, then how does it stack?

I came up with 3 possible damage outputs:

The are additive:
161 + (161 x 75%) + (161 x 100%) = 161+ 120.75 + 161 = 442.75

They are multiplicative:
(161 + 161 x 75%) x 2 = 281.75 x 2 = 563.5
or
(161 + 161) x 75% = 322 + (322 x 75%) = 322 + 241.5 = 563.5

They don't stack:
161 x 2 = 322
or
161 + (161 x 75%) = 281.75

If they do stack, what if silent skiller ace was added to the mix? How do they stack?

I think buffs are additive in Payday 2...

Berserker and overkill does stack multiplicatively with berserker coming first and then overkill.

EDIT: Silent killer is directly added to the base dmg as such would be counted first before berserker and overkill.

All skills stack, however I have no idea how Payday handles multiplication. I assume that The Long Guide covers that since that guide is based off reverse engineering the games code.

You can pretty much find out how stuff works with a Thanatos and a Bulldozer.

the way buffs and skill work is additive

for weapon damage its (base + attachemnt damage) x (1+ skill multiplier1 + skill multiplier2 .....)

so overkill + shotgun damge skill is 110% extra damage after base + mods so a 10 extra damage from say shark teeth nozzel becomes 21 technically

however the damge dealt is different as enemies can only take set values of damage e.g. 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60 so working out exact damage from skills is difficult

on a side note berserker is linear increase below 25% not a instant 100% extra

at 20% health 20% extra damage
at 15% health 40% extra damage
at 0% health (while downed) 100% extra damage is the onlt time this applys full damage boost

Except that's not how it works. The enforcer tier damage bonus and the shotgun damage bonus skill will stack like that, but both Overkill and Berserker stacks multiplicatively. Most situational modifiers do, as I recall, including Spotter, Cleaner and Combat Medic.

I think it is better to say like this: All constant damage bonuses are additive (those which can be seen in the stats screen), whereas all situationnal boosts are multiplicative (Spotter, Underdog, Overkill, Berserker, Cleaner)
