EDIT: Silent killer is directly added to the base dmg as such would be counted first before berserker and overkill.
for weapon damage its (base + attachemnt damage) x (1+ skill multiplier1 + skill multiplier2 .....)
so overkill + shotgun damge skill is 110% extra damage after base + mods so a 10 extra damage from say shark teeth nozzel becomes 21 technically
however the damge dealt is different as enemies can only take set values of damage e.g. 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60 so working out exact damage from skills is difficult
on a side note berserker is linear increase below 25% not a instant 100% extra
at 20% health 20% extra damage
at 15% health 40% extra damage
at 0% health (while downed) 100% extra damage is the onlt time this applys full damage boost
Except that's not how it works. The enforcer tier damage bonus and the shotgun damage bonus skill will stack like that, but both Overkill and Berserker stacks multiplicatively. Most situational modifiers do, as I recall, including Spotter, Cleaner and Combat Medic.
I think it is better to say like this: All constant damage bonuses are additive (those which can be seen in the stats screen), whereas all situationnal boosts are multiplicative (Spotter, Underdog, Overkill, Berserker, Cleaner)
