I did it this morning in Bank Heist in Very Difficult, it's pretty easy if you wait :D

Locomotive, drop it to 0 accuracy, and hit up Rats Day 1 on Death Wish! The cops will throw themselves into your bullets!

Play a shotgun in every map and you will get it without realizing.
