Is this a rare spawn on GO:Bank?

It is a great opportunity to get the "We Are All Professionals" achievements. You can walk into the vault with a saw, mask up, slap down an ecm, saw until you get a bag, drop a second ecm, and make it to the van before the alarms go off.

Sometimes they park on the left side instead, on the road. I heard you can get a couple more bag of cash from inside those van or something else. I seldom play GO Bank, so there's not a lot I know about the surprises.

Cops plant C4, and the Blackmailer.
I'm not entirely sure if the C4 is a rare event (i've never seen it happen) but I've seen lines about it in the files.

from what I can tell there used to be one parked out front in the beta sometimes.
