Highest discount for Payday 2 game?

Just wondering, what is the highest discount for payday 2? Is it 50%? Or someone have seen higher discount than that?

-80% during last summer sale, but it was only for a short amount of time(flash sale). Maybe we'll see a -67% at Crimefest, but I think -50% is already a pretty sweet deal.

I don't think is tradable if you got it through the Hotline miami group,just like the Hotline miami coupon that every PD2 Group user got
