The game never automatically shows you a crash log, you have to find them yourself.

This means the game ran out of memory. This is nothing to do with your hardware: the game only has a limited amount of internal memory and, unfortunately, is poorly optimised. This kind of crash is somewhat more common on the later released heists. To avoid this crash, turn down your Texture/Shadow Quality.
Yup, lowered the texture resolution from high to medium and didn't have any crashes since, tested out on several most recent heists. Thanks!
