Scarface Character Pack is still available
I don't know if this is common knowledge, I didn't know about this but apparently the "Payday 2: Legacy Collection" keys being sold at Humble Bundle include the Scarface Character Pack. I just purchased it 15 minutes ago just to try my luck and it did in fact include it!
If you still want this DLC I think it's worth the buy

UPDATE EDIT: as of 07/Jan/2025 it has only been confirmed to be included in Humble Bundle's and Instant Gaming's Legacy Collection
