Next time, bring a flashlight and look very carefully on the corners of the desks in the lab. The clues blend into the desks down there and are incredibly hard to see unless you have a flashlight.
I was playing singleplayer so the host and client mess could not have been it.
It's very much possible that I missed the 2nd clue in the basement.
Thanks, I'll check that out once I'm back on my pc.
Still, nothing changes the fact that the only 2 possible correct engines were not the right ones. I'm a 100% sure that one clue indicated only one nozzle. But such is my luck in this game I guess. :P
Shoot it to read the clue. Or throw a grenade on it.
Yep, that actually happened to me during that run xD
If you have the intel "Cold fusion research" from day 1, it's always Deuterium 3H. In that case you only need the PSI from the monitor.
Can't remember if I got that intel, but it could've been the case.
Though I could've read a guide myself I suppose, but I never remember to do so.
Nonetheless all very useful info, thanks!
It's bugged now - I found all 3 clues in my game yesterday, all pointed to engine 2 (blue can, 1 nozzle, >400 bar) but Bain said it was the wrong engine :(
