Diesel 3.0 64bit changed NOTHING.
Just tried the game and the performance is still terrible and very random on a good gaming pc. Loaded up the diamond an the frame drops and frame time is just choppy and terrible as it always was. This update is completely useless. Alot of the bigger maps on diesel 2 ran terrible and the one map that always ran great was no mercy. diesel 3 my ass.

waaa waaaa :cacajak:
What are your system specs ?
Make sure the game is using the proper graphics processor. Mine changed the moment I tried the beta.
It is an optional beta for a reason. Tell us your specs and send crash logs if there are any and help the devs make the beta better!

ryzen 5600x rtx 3060ti, 32gb gskill trident z neo 3600mhz cl16 ram. the performance in the game is still terrible.
the 1% low on amd cpu is always bad hence the stuttering, I don't know why people hype up those cpus. Try reapplying new cooling paste.
I would do a clean install, manually remove any folders or files left over such as settings etc after un installing then restart steam and pc and install again. It may help
Read the "Beta test", which means that there will be problems, and by the way, be aware of this problem :DMCDante:
80GB to 30GB is the main thing for my opinion

Ok now THAT is weird.
We have the same CPU but I have a way weaker GPU and the 64bit beta ran way better than 32bit.

Of all 84 missions the only mission that gave me consistent FPS problems was Shadow raid, dropping to 60 - 70 fps if looking at the middle of the map from the main gate entrance. This was pretty much fixed in the 64bit version and now standing in the same area gives me +100fps and that's without mods like CELER.
Almost like it's a BETA for a reason.
The update more than halved the file size, and updated the game to 64 bit so it doesn't have out of memory crashes when the game attempts to utilize more than 4 gigabytes of memory. It was always said straight up performance improvements would be more a happy accident than something to be expected.

Yeah I gotta say it's something on that particular users end because I have similar specs (NOT identical) and I rarely drop no lower than 150 FPS in most areas with an average around 200 something FPS.
i feel like this is more of a case of take better care of ur pc than the update is bad because im running on an i7-9700 with a RTX 2070 TI, on a cobbled together workstation to gaming pc diy system where my cpu likes thermal throttling and i get a stable 60fps 99% of the time (i might get more but i cap the fps)
