As for the others (Bat and Baboulinet). Ima stick with EOS. Its better to have new friends to play with.
I own all the PD2 Heists and my friend I play with bought a weapon pack that I don't own. every time he tries to equip/mod a DLC weapon the host doesn't own it marks them it seems (at least during the session)
Same thing happened to Dead by Daylight when it was made free on Epic Games. People made 100 Epic accounts and then DBD was wrecked by hackers.
It's like in Fortnite when people use "no-recoil" hacks, or auto-aim with 6-shooters, turning them into sniper rifles. There's no penalty to banned accounts because you can just make a new one.

This is utterly incorrect.
if the host gets labeled as cheater because of a weapon mod then they used a mod they don't own, plain and simple.
If your friend (client) gets labeled as a cheater for the same reason, then they are using a mod they don't own and LYING to you. Plain and simple.
Nice mental gymnastics, but this is a well known mechanic by the community.
We both have the same mod installed and I have not been labeled yet and have joined public games you are LYING to yourself.
