Justice was depicted as blind because she delivers equal justice to everyone, rich or poor. In theory.
Jewerely Store, Ukraine Job, everything.
Then there is the safe house, which of course has the Antenna thing going. We managed to get them ALL down, but nothing really changed.
I know what you're all gonna say, but I used View mode to look around the map in places the character can't go to.
And we found a door. Which takes 45+ seconds to be lockpicked. (We used an old script to figure this out, I apologize already.) Which is weird, especially with Lockpicking being aced.
Taking a look at this door is even weirder.

I used PS to make some sense of what we found and eventually [MLM]hiduys mentioned the Taxman from PD:TH. Anyone has any ideas?
/EDIT:
In the safe house is also an unused area. It's on the right where the safes are, behind the brick wall. It contains three Cameras, all looking at one another. Also a pad which can't be used.
There's an info which can be played, like in every room.
It's Bain telling you about Cameras and alarms and how to be sneaky. He also talks about three difficulties. But there are no visible buttons.
Was it a removed feature?
We also promptly checked the Undercover heist in PD:TH based on this picture found within the safehouse of Payday 2.

That white line there is sadly only a street light and not realy anything of significance it seems, which keeps us in the position of having no clue regarding the yet to be discovered secret of undercover.
Cagliostro is a master at forgery. That is pretty much the reason why we trust BDN.
I thought... what if the code (BALDWIN, by the way) reveals something like, a specific book? Maybe the other copies bain was refering too? I'll try when i can do it.
It is likely to be a removed features.
the finding about lockipickable door is probably reused asset. Considering these lock pickable door was also found in the cafe store next to the jewelry store. Also the train heist contains a door that can be opened outside of the map.
Anyways, using bugs and cheats to uncover the secret is leading us no where.
That was the exact reason why people were looking for the other 2 books in the diamond heist basement (where all the books are) but nothing was found. Maybe you can find them in other places...? I dont know
But on the topic of Safehouse boxes, what is CNR on one of the boxes mean (if anyone knows)?
Alright, just checking.
It's not just that they are lockpickable, but also that they take ages to be locked. I have not seen that door anywhere else. Especially since it takes so long to pick it.
Well, obviously others have glitched it too, how would you know about it otherwise? And people are obviously getting desperate. We're not compromising anything, but the clues we got ingame don't seem to bring us anywhere / only in circles. (Anything here.)
So of course peopel start looking outside of the maps and all that.
About the books.
Except from the Diamond; are there any bookshelve kind of things. (HB Day 2 excluded as well.)
1. Try the FWB positions when BALDWIN is entered.
2. After BALDWIN is entered, i'll check the circling logo on the roof and the rooms at the very righr end of the map.
If i get any results, i'll report them.
EDIT: Again, these 2 tests were without any result. The only "strange" thing is that i noticed a slightly blue smoke on the vault after entering BALDWIN, but nothing else. I have no idea if this is because the drilling, or if this blue smoke means that we did something right... but for now, back to the drawing board.
There are 4 trees (and only 4) that you can stand on.
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=423757638
Trees 3 and 4 can be reached from the roof of the bank, tree 2 requires the vantage point to be bought and tree 1 is reached by walking on the gate of the parking lot of the bank, thus requiring the gate to be closed.
I didin't get a crew to test this, mainly because i think we would need something else other than standng on trees, but who knows? Mr. Bo mentioned trees in one of his post...
Also, trees 2,3,4 remind me of the Orion's Belt, don't they? what would be tree 1 if 2,3,4 are Orion's Belt?

Any other important changes?
Does the paintings presence on Rats but absence on Cook Off mean something?
I presume it means there is something to do or find on Rats that is not there on Cook Off.
The blue smoke is random, it was discussed before. It also happens when you're in the vault for a while opening random deposite boxes. It can also be seen from outside the building.
