Can You Unlock AK/CAR DMR Kits Solo?

I really want to unlock the long barrel for the ak, but I need to get an achievement, I think I've heard you can do the achievement solo without the 4 plays. I'm really anti-social and only like playing with friends, but i want the dmr kit. Is it possible you can do it solo?

"In the Firestarter job, complete the heist on OVERKILL difficulty or above, with all days done in loud and with a crew of 4 players using unmodified "AK Rifle" rifles and "PARA" submachine guns.

so, no, you cant, you have to get the achievement with 4 real players, if you want some help just post on the "Crews and clans" section of the payday discussions and youll find someone whos willing to help you complete it

yes, people dont mind if voice chat is silent, in fact, i'd say most people prefer it being silent

out of all the times ive done achievements with randoms, ive never had anyone talk in voice chat, actually in all my time playing, ive only heard 3 or so people talk in voice chat, so theres nothing for you to worry about it

no problem, good luck, just make sure youre doing the achievement correctly and dont forget anything so that you dont have to repeat the heist

If you dont mind using mods there is "Solo Achievements Lite" mod. Still works.
