What's the most unused character in pd2?

if we're talking free character, I'd most likely say Bonnie. Which I don't even think that's a knock on her character. I like Bonnie but there are a bunch of other choices you can pick from.

Paid characters? Ethan and/or Hila without a doubt. The DLC offers no real value and I'd argue public opinion on H3H3 isn't that high.

You do realize Scarface is now gonna even more rare than those two? Even if you don't like them the fact that Scarface is literally unavailable to future heisters of PD2 compared to Ethan or Hila, Tony Montana is literally the old man now and Ethan and Hila are the children arguing.

With PD3 on the horizon, I don't see PD2 having enough new players to make that a concern. Scarface was pretty positively received iirc and even if not, the threat of FOMO made sure most if not all active players of the game got him.

Unless PD3 bombs, I still think H3H3 will be the least used paid characters. New Heisters can easily look up the one of the thousand DLC review videos telling them not to waste their money on H3H3.

i guess ethan and hila due to people having to go out of their way to even get them, after that probably bonnie or rust, been thinking about scarface but since it's my most used character the only scenario in which i can even notice if someone else is using him is when i join a pub and the host is running him too

Dallas is pretty much only used by noobs, but he's pretty popular among them by virtue of being the default #1 character. Right?

rust is another one i rarely see
