How do I even get the stoic perk deck?

you dont need to do anything to get it? its automatically unlocked, you go into your inventory, into "perk decks" , and equip it

Just being cautious. It's an almost daily occasion that someone comes to the forums to complain or ask about Stoic just because they couldn't be bothered to read what the deck does, and if the OP doesn't even know how to choose a perk deck yet already seeks Stoic, I can guess what the next step is.
