Camera Shake while Firing/running

So... im comming back after a very long time... and it seems i cant stand the shaking anymore... is there any safe way to reduce or turn it off?
Theres too much shaking when you run/fire

I think there's an option for it in the options, dunno where in specific and there's a mod to disable it completely on modworkshop, I won't say the name here since I dunno if it's considered a cheat or whatnot and I don't want to deal with that ♥♥♥♥

Theres a mod Called "no ads recoil animations" or something like that, try using it its great

Wont that eliminate the recoil? I think that would make the game easier to shoot, i just have problems with the camera shaking.

Also, using mods to get rid of that is a cheat?

No and no,
All the mod does Is make your weapon's scope not jiggle when you fire (try shooting the compact 5 smg with iron sights and youll see how much it swings around) you still have the same amount of recoil, but your front and back sights Will always be aligned

Ive done that but it changed nothing to me still shakes a lot
