Why the "Old Hoxton is back"?

That´s my question, why when the people see the Big Bank trailer says that the Old Hoxton is back?

The Old Hoxton is from PAYDAY: The Heist. His voice actor and model was changed.

At the end of The Dentist trailer it shows a few upcoming heists. One of them is called "Hoxton Breakout". The Dentist mentions Jim Hoxworth, an alias of the PD:TH Hoxton. He asks Dallas how it felt leaving him behind.

well if we reach the goal ppl can pick which hoxton they play, or they make 2 hoxton masks so you have 2 hoxtons on your team so that chains wolf or dallas can stay at home :D

Chains' backstory was altered to be a little more vague and has a new voice or something but he's still the one from the first game.
