Getting bots to pick up bags
Is there a way to command my guys to pick up bags? Moving them myself 1 at a time through enemy hordes is perilous enough without playing a mission that has 12 bags. Tried using f but not doing the trick.

Thanx

Nope, they can't be bothered.

Wonder why the devs missed that. It seems glaringly obvious :o

Because how would they know when to pick them up and where to take them? Do they pick them up, wait for an opening then go drop them off and come back to pick up the next one, or do they pick up the bag and jsut go straight away? Do you want them to pick them up, follow a specific route out, stop halfway, wait then carry on?

They didnt miss it, its just wasnt intended as the AI are meatshields there to assist you in securing objectives.

Overkill doesn't want to put resources into the friendly AI since you never play with them if the game is full.

They want to concentrate on the co-op, I think they made the correct choice.

Have them pick the bags up whenever they are near one, done, now they follow the player with the bags on their backs. [OR: "Press "F" to give Dallas the bag"]

Goldfarb said that they might improve the A.I. eventually.

I'm fairly sure they're gimped the way they are just so you will actually go online and play with others.

Imagine you try to put those bags in a very specific place for one reason or another but bot keep grabing them and brining them back to you like a dog with a stick. If you playing this game with bots only you playing it wrong.

Regardless how cool it would be i still think its a bad idea. Bots should never be able to replace humans.. in any game

If I may, OVERKILL and STARBREEZE studios added that in this new update.

They did? I HIGHLY doubt that.
It's probably your cheating that's doing it
