Possible to fully stealth Election Day Plan C (Bank)?

Been trying this for a while, and I see no way to get to the drill without alerts.

No. As soon as the C4 blows, the alarm goes.

The point of plan C is to make noise :) You can stealth only the first part of the job (the data scrambling)

To be more specific, the entire point is to make it seem like the break in accidentally took out/compromised the voting stations so they couldn't be counted anymore in case of potential hacking.

Going in and out full stealth wouldn't accomplish this.

The strange thing about this is the Ghost indicator for possible stealth on this mission is there. I've had success getting back into the offices to route the hack, but I will always get spotted eventually because of the over-abundance of guards.

And then the alarm goes when you plant the C4. It's not stealthable.

The indicator is there for the normal Day 2 in the warehouse. Minor bug mostly because this is the first and so far only heist, where your action determins which map you get.
The whole point of the job is to blow up the voting machines - robbing the bank is just a cover up.
