Thing is, that was a few months ago now. It's not like it would even take an hour to let the console players know exactly what the hold up is. When every other party is referring frustrated players to the now silent Overkill, it tends to sound like there's a lot of blame-shifting going around with nobody willing to clarify as to what's going on.
EDIT: Then again, there aren't any Xbox360 or PS3 logos at the end splashscreen of this trailer, so it's a likely indicator they've simply completely abandoned the updates and haven't the stones to publicly announce as such.
