Payday 2 Bright Menu and Gameplay Problem

Recently I tried to play Payday 2 but when I launched the game and got to the menu it was very bright and kept getting brighter. I tried looking up solutions but I could only find a couple of instances of this online and none of their solutions helped me.

I have tried correcting my refresh rate ( which whas not orrigonally correct in the setting), fixing the resolution, changing my brightness, Verifying game cache, reinstalling the game etc. and nothing has worked to get rid of the problem.

Does anyone have any ideas of how to fix this?

May I know what graphics card you have?
Since you're busy at the moment, Go to your Video Card Control Center(Catalyst Control Center for AMD/Nvidia Control Panel for Nvidia) And then Change your Anti-aliasing to default or use application settings

Sorry I forgot to mention. Its a Asus Radeon HD 7770 2GB GDDR5

You might need to update your video drivers or disable graphic boosting apps.

Here's the fix from the thread Mxk provided above

Very bright/white main-menu
This is caused by forcing Anti-Aliasing through your Gpu software.

AMD:
1) Right-click on your desktop
2) Click "AMD Catalyst Control Center"
3) Click "Gaming"
4) Click "3D Application Settings"
5) Look for "Anti-Aliasing Mode" and set it to "Use application settings"

NVIDIA:
1) Right-click on your desktop
2) Click "Nvidia Control Panel"
3) Click "Manage 3D Settings"
4) Select the profile for Payday 2
5) Look for "Anti Aliasing - Mode" and set it to "Application-controlled"

If this doesn't work, check if your Gpu meets the minimum system requirements.

For me it doesn't worked too, but i changed something other (different Anti Aliasing option) ->
