Does anyone know any info about the PAYDAY 2: The Ultimate Steal Edition (if you google it you'll see pre-order pages on Best Buy and Amazon)? Does it come with all the DLC or just some DLC?

Again, probably fake and made up by the stores as, if something like that would've been planned, we would have heard about it already.
And considering there is around a year or more of addional content to come (both paid and free), making some kind of GOTY-Edition now would be kind of silly.

When two different major retailers have it for pre-order and there's even a box art image of the game available: http://pisces.bbystatic.com/image2/BestBuy_US/images/products/5911/5911653_sa.jpg;canvasHeight=500;canvasWidth=500 and a detailed description, then I'm pretty sure its legit.

Seems pretty weird to make up. Maybe they're planning on a price drop and the stores leaked the bundle.

It's not like it's GTAV PC, which retailers were legit confused about due to how poorly Rockstar communicated.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. If this Ultimate Edition contains all the currently available DLC, then it'd be cheaper just to wait for it to come out than pick up the game during the current "sale"

This wouldn't be the first time a new edition randomly pops up on retailers without any annoucements before the actual release.

But $14.99 for the game and all of its DLCs [it costs less than all of the DLCs combined] when its not even a year since release? Kind of doubt that this is real.

It might be legit. It's quite a steal to get the game and all the dlc. :D
Though I have my own doubts too. Is it because Starbreeze is in NASDAQ or something?

$9.99 digital upgrade, press release stating due to poor patching methods on the consoles they can no longer patch the original version.

It would make more sense to do so after all the DLC and patches are done in a year from now, though.

But its a moot point, because this is for windows and not for consoles. Releasing a GOTY edition with all the content patches is just one thing they can do to circumvent the horrible world of console patches.

if you look at the questions concerning the bundle, it is just payday 2 + the armored transport DLC, that is it
