Amount of Loot in Shadow Raid/Achievements

Im working on solo runs of Shadow Raid for all achievements right now. How many bags of loot are there total (excluding the 4 pieces of armor) on the map. Also, does EVERY type of loot spawn every time and can I get them all on Normal?

I have always had at least 20 (including the armor), although I did see 21 once. I have had every type of loot spawn on Normal. Hope this helps, let me know if you have more questions

I believe there are typically 7-12 bags every time and no you can't get every item every run. I know on death wish the minimum is 12 bags. NOTE: this is excluding the shogun armor.

@TYBG I dont think your are correct sir because there is an achievement where you have to get at least 16 pieces of normal loot and another achievement says you get one of each type of loot so I think your post is WAAAAAY off.

There are at least 12 bags, usually about 16. That is, obviously, not counting the armor.
And for the achievements of "16+armor", that's actually wrong. You need only 12 as the armor itself counts towards the 16 lootbags for some reason.

I have seen 19 bags of regular loot and this was when I wasn't even aware of all of the spawn locations, I still am not really.

there are always 20 counting the armor. usually more in my experience. Only been running DW for the most part.

I've had 16 bags of normal loot on normal mode. Had to drill/keycard the fenced in areas inside the warehouse, and there was cocaine in some easy to miss places.

One time (on DW) I counted 23, maybe 24 bags (there was a crate in a cage that I didn't get to open). Armor and the heli drop included.

17 to 23 possible bags (At least, that's how much we got out at 4 players, from Normal to Death Wish). I guess it depends on both difficulty settings and loot spawns...

21 bags + 4 samurai pieces. You get the achievement even when there is loot remaining. I just found out there was coke in the lockers. You can pick it trough a wall in the main warehouse near vault.
