Jägerbomb is quite popular in this south part of England (Don't know about the rest), there are many pubs that do this and are drunk by young people (Adults probably drink it as well) when they are partying or something. So it is safe to say, lots of people do know Jägermeister.

We drink it in denmark (but sure denmark is right besides germany)
