What missions would you say offer the best opportunity to have a sniper rifle be useful?

In GGC, you can get on top of the "Golden Grin" sign inside of the casino if you have a LBV or a suit. It requires parkour skills, though.

Any stealth mission. Same for flamethrower and minigun. Or maybe it's the other way around. I get confused sometimes.
